Receptionist / Bookkeeper
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily mail to be filed in payable or receivable folders
- Telephone courtesy to confirm who we are and to whom they are speaking
- Prepare bank deposits
- Pay monthly bills for the 1st and the 15th
- Prepare new client project folders for administration and project Architects
- Make entries into the Access billing system for client payments
- Assist staff with project filing
- Prepare payroll bi-monthly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Office management
- Minimum five (5-8) years of experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION:
Required/Desired:
- Valid California driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILL:
- Experience in working with a team spirit
- Ability to learn office procedures and have fun doing it
- PC computer knowledge in Word, Access and Quick Books
- Developing friendly relationships with clients, consultants and local agencies
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Punctual and organized
- A desire to grow within the company
