Completed in 2008, this home is a private residence for Rick and Noreen West on the Central Coast. Pacific coastal contemporary architecture executed in stucco, steel, and wood complement the panoramic views of the rugged Big Sur Coast. The surrounding landscape dominates the view and carries over into the design character of the estate. The guest house is an equilateral triangle of 600 square feet, the maximum size allowed under County Ordinance. The architect, Steven Puglisi had always wanted to design a home with only four corners: he outdid himself by executing a home with one less!
